The size of our entire facility is over 45,000 square feet. Our 20,000 sq. ft. Paint
Shop can handle almost any type of aerospace or commercial coating, including Dri-Lube,
Teflon, and E.M.I/R.F.I. shielding, in addition to the more conventional finishes.
Our 65-foot long Penetrant Inspection line is designed for high production, and
our high sensitivity water-washable penetrant (level 3) can accommodate almost any
job.
In the Shot Peen Department, our 8-foot, double-door Wheelabrator gives us a 50%
greater production potential than single-door machines. Our manual shot peener provides
coverage inside holes, slots, or pockets of parts with complex configurations.
In 1994 the Cad Plating Department added 875 F Stress Relief and Nickel-Zinc plating
per BAC 5637 to our list of processes. We were certified by Boeing for Boric-Sulfuric
Anodize in 1998.
It is PRO-COAT's intention to be one of the best full-service finishing shops. Our
list of other operations includes Chromic and Sulfuric Anodize, Chem-Film, Polish,
Electro-Chem Etch for part marking, Mag Particle Inspection, Passivation, Phosphate
Coating, Abrasive Blast, Plastic Media Paint Strip, and more.
